Serena del Mar is presented as a city complex 15 minutes from the historic center of Cartagena. One of the projects that make up this complex is Castelo, a multi-family residential complex that has apartments from 53 to 150 m2. It has all the common areas such as a gym, wet areas, co-working, swimming pool, play areas and an outdoor gym.
The project is made up of 4 oval buildings and 1 elongated building that frame all the common areas of the complex in a harmonious way, achieving integration with all the natural landscapes that surround it.
